Crossmaglen Rangers player Caolan Finnegan, who passed away at 20 after battling brain cancer, was given a final lap of honour around his club grounds before his funeral at St Patrick's Church.
The presence of you can light up a dark room, it’s not a goodbye it’s a see you later. You did us all so proud warrior on and off the field now it’s time to make you proud. I love you superstar. #15 💛🖤
Today, our thoughts and prayers are again with the family, friends, team and club mates of the brave Caolan "stringer" Finnegan as they prepare to lay him to rest 😔
Caolán, you have inspired a lot of people with your bravery, courage and dignity over the past 12 months. You have touched the hearts of a nation and brought the whole GAA community together. You are a hero

Caolan lost his battle earlier this morning. A battle he fought with enormous courage, strength & dignity
