@DrAlrwaily وجب معرفة الفرق هل الالم سببه vertebrogenic او discogenic
Modic changes سببه ليس عدوى بكترية لكي يصرف له المضاد الحيوي
وجب تجربة عدة علاجات للألم، إن لم يتحسن فالعلاج الحتمي هو Basivertebral nerve ablation.
والذي اثبتت الدراسات فعاليته خصوصا في Modic changes type1
