With HATN mining now underway, we are moving into the final stage of the INK process.

INK balance verification is now underway, and phased INK distribution is expected to begin around mid-September, following completion of the verification process.

Before distribution begins, please make sure your wallet address is correct:

- Open the cPen app and go to the Wallet page.

- Check your BSC wallet address. It must be a self-custody wallet — a wallet where you control the private keys, such as MetaMask or Trust Wallet.

- Do not use a centralized exchange (CEX) deposit address. INK will not be listed on a centralized exchange at launch. INK sent to an unsupported exchange deposit address may not be credited or recoverable.

- Once you have confirmed that your address is correct, we strongly recommend that you lock your wallet address in the app. A locked wallet address cannot be changed without verification, adding another layer of protection if someone gains unauthorized access to your account.

What changes: mining rewards drop by 15%. Mystery box rewards drop by 20%.
Why: a growing network can't distribute at the same rate forever. Tightening emissions as participation scales is how supply stays meaningful over time.
Miners active before the adjustment keep earning at current rates until it takes effect. After that, the same effort yields less — which is exactly how early participation is supposed to work.
