I tried applying for a job at Surgence twice and didn't get it.

A rejection that gave me more time to study their growth and how much impact they are making.

I remembered Surgence being a discord community then in 2022 and we will have these community events every now and then;

@ruthybuilds and @esteemedbuilds spoke with so much optimisim about what they are building and how its going to change Marketing in crypto at large.

They were already shipping like the company they were trying to become, and they kept that pace through out the hard times in this space.

Meeting every project and client needs with insane strategies which lead to consistent results.

Watching the growth since then has been the lesson. The standard didn't drop when the room got bigger. It got louder.
