"I love Indy... but at this point, I've kind of earned the right to explore free agency. See what's out there."
Colts WR Alec Pierce on his impending free agency

Problem in Indy is not that Colts gave Richardson too little time in lineup.
Problem was using top-five pick for someone not remotely prepared for handling the toughest job in sports.
You can't credibly make an entire locker room wait years for someone to start to grasp the basics.
Comparing this situation to Peyton Manning struggling early and being given time is silly. Manning was 10 billion times better prepared for the job.
Crazy thought here, but what if the Coaching staff saw that AR wasn't better than Daniel Jones. I know thats a crazy idea but maybe that's the case. Do we think the coaching staff is trying to lose?
Billy, this is Anthony Richardson. He has all the physical attributes of an absolutely elite quarterback. He can throw the ball a mile and he’s a great runner. His only defect is that he has no idea how to play the position
this may be dumb of me but the fact that the organization’s account is highlighting Richardson makes me think he’s winning the starting job and getting another chance
just seems like the narrative has changed recently
Face of a man not worried about himself but watching Dan jones or Riley L or worse a coach making sure people notice him before the sorry season he has

-@BMac_SportsTalk was not a fan of Dan Campbell's decision to go for it on 4th down on the Lions' final drive.
