당사는 공식적으로 공지되지 않은 비공식 스케줄 현장 방문 혹은 아티스트의 사적인 공간을 찾아가는 행위를 블랙리스트 규정에 해당하는 사항으로 간주하고 있으며, 이는 명백히 Xdinary Heroes 멤버들의 사생활을 침해하는 행위로 아티스트에게 정신적인 피해를 줄 수 있습니다. 이러한 행위는 삼가해 주시기를 간곡히 부탁드립니다.

[블랙리스트 기준 행위]
- 공식적으로 공지되지 않은 비공개 스케줄에서 Xdinary Heroes 멤버들을 기다리는 행위
- JYP 사옥, 연습실, 작업실, 숙소 근처 등 아티스트의 사적인 공간에서 Xdinary Heroes 멤버들을 기다리는 행위
- JYP 사옥, 연습실, 작업실, 숙소 혹은 그 외 목적지까지 Xdinary Heroes 멤버들을 쫓는(차량 포함) 행위

위와 같은 아티스트의 안전 및 사생활 보호를 위한 규정을 위반하는 행위가 확인될 경우, 향후 모든 활동에 있어 영구적으로 불이익을 받을 수 있으며 법적 조치를 포함한 강경 대응을 진행할 예정입니다.
