There is now a big war in the Chinese-speaking community of Western social media, between Wang Zhi'an and many others.
Wang Zhi'an is a pro liberal Chinese journalist who was punished for criticizing the government in China, so he left China and came to Japan. I don't like him at all, mainly because I don't believe in the bullshit liberal values he believes in. But he is still a Chinese, and he just hopes to make China better in his way, and I admit that he has some integrity of a traditional journalist. Let's see how he destribed this ongoing social media war.
"My experience over the past few years abroad is that offending the CPC isn't that scary. The CPC is an organization, and it has some bottom lines. Back then, the CPC only sent people to persuade Lai Changxing to return; they didn't use any underhanded tactics."
"However, these people released my personal information, offered a reward of $80000 online for my life, exposed our company address, and instructed others to harass our company address. Report to the Prime Minister through FLG MPs, mobilize elderly people to distribute flyers and shout slogans on the streets, and besiege the Tokyo District Court. Headlines in specific newspapers keep me busy through excessive litigation, and exorbitant claims make it difficult for me to afford legal fees. I don't have the energy to do a program."
In fact, this is also one of the reasons why I only use English on X. Overseas Chinese community is filled with some of the most despicable parts of the Chinese population. They believe in cults, have no moral bottom line, regard lying and spreading rumors as commonplace, have dark inside, are extremely selfish, betray their own race, and take bringing disaster to China as their goal. To be honest, I feel physically uncomfortable communicating with these people. English can keep me away from them.
