Not quite.
He has low damage, low HP and has no escape tools.

If you get on top of him, he basically dies.

That was literally my argument when I first started playing, and my friend who was experienced told me to pick the most IMBA hero in my opinion and to pick the worst hero for him

He beat me easily with the worst hero 3x
