Quite surprised this hasn’t been caught before. Amazon, grocery orders, food delivery and more. Nice profile. When your home, how often, how you pay, address(es). Applied across a spectrum of receipts, it can know a lot about you and create a more targeted campaign or irl theft if it thinks you’re worth something.
@PlayfulWalrus@valkvool@CNN You’re assuming non-citizens are voting and canceling out your vote. Where’s the evidence that this is happening? I’ll give evidence. 129 Federal prosecutions over a 30 year period, 0.00000017% of all votes cast.
Totally different situation. Schools that were not desegregated were in violation of Title IV and VI of the Civil Rights Act, they broke a federal statute. States conduct elections as per the Constitution. The Constitution also bars election interference, including by the Federal government. So the court is, in fact, protecting civil rights.
Voting is a protected civil right of eligible U.S. citizens, but it’s not an unconditional right. There’s an important point in this ruling, the government has authority to prevent illegal voting, but it has to exercise that authority without interfering with eligible citizens' right to vote.
@TowerRato1@TheLizMac@NBCNews Hey fuck nut. Read my bio. I’m American, twice-wounded combat vet. I happen to work and live overseas for periods of time. Suck it bitch.
@TheLizMac@NBCNews Things that didn’t happen. When’s the last time you read that someone was arrested and went to jail for it? You didn’t, because it’s lies that ICE fabricates to justify pulling the trigger.
@Curs3dCarl@llozano1366270l@politico The President can’t pardon himself, that’s settled case law under Nixon. He can transfer power to the VP under the 25th Amendment and receive a pardon though.
