@ProfHusseinWar The reason nobody uses cash is not by choice by necessity. Somali shilling has not been printed in 40 years. The ones still in circulation is only 1 bill (1000 shilling) and it is 40 years or older. There are a lot fakes too so trust in Somali shilling is very low.

@AAGA_CAWLAN101 There was no coordinated strong effort by FGS and HirShabelle for this operation. FGS left it to under equipped small SNA unit which run away from maxaas. This was the last defense in eastern Hiiraan. AS can now cut off Hiiraan from Galgaduud.

@idoornimo This similar to 1967 Somalia elections. If sub-clan created a political party. In 2026 every clan wants a federal state. Now it is at the clan level but soon it will go down to sub-clan level. In 1960s it ended with a military take over and it wont end well for this Federalism.

@SomaliPM If Dugsi schools added basic literacy skills, the literacy rate in Somalia will increase significantly specially for small towns and rural areas where there are no schools.
