Yes, it has evolved over time. Yes, if you Google english numbers you will find 0-9.

@ThresherKing What he said makes more sense as a language than the DB itself. Not sure how their specific DB is set up but there are plenty of situations where there may be multiple entries for a person with different information but when you join on user ID it will still be a single person.

Ended up doing everything to my pc and eventually got it working.

A short in the PSU power cord ended up being the primary culprit. I move a lot playing OW and kept bumping it.
