@elonmusk The system at my job allows my managers to know what I’m missing and I’m fully aware of what I need to accomplish and how my performance is being measured, and the consecuences of not Reaching the goals.
@elonmusk No, the structure of the organization should be able to mesure their performance, and the employees should now what are the metrics and worked bases on them. Literally people can write whatever they want on an email and it doesn’t need to be true.
