@reach_vb very grateful for the resets but if i may offer a suggestion: when giving out new reset(s) default to bank them, unless reset bank is full, if full apply it as hard reset. I think that fairer for everyone.
@thsottiaux don't want to sound ungrateful, but would have been nice to have been able to bank both of last resets instead of having them wasted like that. :( what a waste. suggestion: bank it for those who can, apply it for those with the reset bank already full
@ah20im Don't want to sound ungrateful, but would have been nice to have been able to bank both of last resets instead of having them being wasted like that. :( what a waste
@thsottiaux@thsottiaux, here's an idea, why don't you guys wire it so if you already have the 3 resets banked you get the effect of a hard reset, but if not, you get it banked instead?
@thsottiaux I have also noticed that codex keeps working towards the goal, continuing past the 5h limit, while draining the weekly limit, i got down to 50% weekly in one 5h session. if that helps debug some of the current issues
@thsottiaux With some customers fed up with the disruptive Windows updates, others with legacy laptops (no tpm) not allowed on Windows 11 and windows 10 support completely coming to an end later this year, I believe Codex users could genuinely benefit from Linux support...
@bcherny@DavidKPiano@bcherny Not banning accounts left and right for no reason would be a good start. I decided to subscribe to paid plan, got banned, appeal rejected, no explanation. What might have gone wrong was limited to opening mobile app while vs code running, audit code for security
@ClaudeDevs@ClaudeDevs this would be great news if you didn't automatically ban paying accounts for simply opening the mobile app while a session is active in vs code, instead of flagging the activity for manual review and only ban if there is a problem. I feel unfairly excluded.
@claudeai@claudeai@AnthropicAI this would be great news if you didn't ban paying accounts for simply opening the mobile app while a session is active in vs code automatically instead of flagging them for manual review and only ban if there is a problem. Hard to understand this approach.
@PaulHopwood19@agilepredict Easy. Too many heat pumps and electric vehicles plugged into the grid overnight. Octopus using the "intelligent" tariffs to decide the best time to tap into the grid or not. Intelligent Flux, Intelligent Octopus Go, and ridiculously low prices (7p/8p) overnight for EV owners only
@fredlambert Either a handsome profitable hitjob or someone is taking their fanboy Tesla's frustrations with semis and cybertrucks out on the competition. Sounds like they really think Tesla needs that kind of help, but weren't these real products? Or just smoke and mirrors? SEC look here.
