@SBakerMD I resolved my sarcoidosis with carnivore diet since april 2022. Now added fruit and dairy to my diet. Running Ironman/ultratrail marathons now in my 50’s. 💪🏻💪🏻

At very young age I found that alcohol was coping some of these problems, you need enormous amounts,becoming an alcoholic at very young age was the result. I quit alcohol a few years ago, when I became to dependent on! I developed a system of self-management to mask my autism.3/5
