Nigeria Is Holding a Live Forum Today to Fix a Mobile Market Where 44 Out of 46 Licensed Operators Never Launched 📡🇳🇬

The NCC (Nigerian Communications Commission) is convening stakeholders right now to refine draft business rules for MVNOs (Mobile Virtual Network Operators), telecom companies that resell network capacity from the likes of MTN and Airtel under their own brand according to @TecheconomyNG

The draft rules are designed to stop the big four networks from using delays and pricing tactics to keep smaller operators off the market.
