CBX Sends Contract Termination Notice to Cha Gawon Over Violations, Leaving INB100 Behind.

INB100 is a company established by Baekhyun. Cha later became the largest shareholder, overseeing INB100 along with One Hundred and Big Planet Made Entertainment.

On the 10th, Chen, Xiumin, and Baekhyun, have notified INB100, led by Cha Gawon, of the termination of their exclusive contracts. Although INB100 is a company founded by Baekhyun, he decided to leave the firm citing contract violations, including unpaid settlements.

On April 10, 2026, Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin formally notified Cha Ga Won of their intent to terminate their exclusive contracts. This notice, sent in late March, requested clarification regarding unpaid settlements and alleged contract violations. Despite allowing an additional two weeks for a response, they did not receive a satisfactory explanation and proceeded with the termination.

INB100, originally founded by Baekhyun, became a subsidiary of One Hundred in May 2024. One Hundred, overseen by Cha Ga Won, has faced multiple contract termination notices from artists citing unpaid earnings and breaches. Cha Ga Won is currently under investigation for alleged fraud related to contract and financial mismanagement.

From a fan’s perspective, we understand the difficulty of this decision for Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin. We stand by them as they seek to resolve these issues and look forward to supporting their future endeavors as the situation continues to develop.
