Grangemouth was a 60 year old asset with no future. It would have cost 4/5 billion to build a new refinery. Ineos closed it. O&G is reserved.

Whatever happened between the early 70's until 2007 with the industry then at its peak has nothing to do with the SNP. Its also reserved to the uk gov.
