The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development sent $645 million to California in 2025.

This money going to fund the homeless industrial complex.

-Illegals are smuggled into California.
-The State gets funding to build homeless encampments and shelters.

-Register them to vote.
-Then 'Help' them fill out mail-in ballots.

There is no ID requirement, no actual address requirement.
