@British_Airways You left passengers stranded at Heathrow at midnight last night, no amount of compensation will make up for your actions.

@British_Airways shocking customer service, delaying 10pm flight to midnight and then telling passengers it is cancelled. No hotel rooms. We went to 4 hotels near the airport and no rooms available. We had to sleep effectively on the airport floor with nowhere to go.
