I had an urgent ICO that was listed today within hours really- I covered the case for a colleague who was on AL. Could not source counsel to cover as court wanted parties to attend in person. Had to issue an urgent c2 seeking permission. It was hectic 😭

I recently read a child impact report and all I can say is hmmmmm. There were clear signs children were influenced to speak negatively but guess what? Nothing was done about it and the court made final orders based on that report (without a hearing!)
