My tenant has been renting from me for 5 years and she has NEVER given me a problem. Rent always on time, she keeps the house spotless, and anytime something breaks she gets it fixed and just lets me know it’s taken care of. She’s really been a blessing as a tenant. Today she called me crying, saying she’s been sick and had to go on FMLA. She doesn’t qualify for disability, so right now she has no way to pay her rent. I told her not to stress and gave her 90 days rent-free. I’d rather lose the money for a few months than lose a good, respectful tenant who has always handled her business. Sometimes it’s not about profit it’s about compassion.
Once you understand Kardashev Scale, it becomes utterly obvious that essentially all energy generation will be solar.
Also, just do the math on solar on Earth and you soon figure out that a relatively small corner of Texas or New Mexico can easily serve all US electricity.
A telltale sign of when one is captured by a psy-op is that one is completely unable to process information that one should normally find basic and obvious. In this case, one would happily eat a pair of socks rather than realise and accept that one made a godawful decision when presented with a straightforward binary choice.
The question posed in 2015 was not a trick question or a difficult one. It was a simple question: "GEJ or Buhari?" That's all. Not "Do we feel inspired by GEJ?" Not "Is GEJ a crisis president?" Not "Could GEJ have done better based on some highfalutin standards and plenty English that we pulled out of thin air despite being only 17 years removed from Sani Abacha?"
Just a simple binary choice: A or B? Zero or One? Left or Right?
The success of the American psy-op was that it appealed to the intellectual vanities of Nigeria's Speakers Of Good English. It convinced them that rather than a simple choice between the PhD with Nigeria's best-ever cabinet which delievered the best economic results since Yakubu Gowon, and the coup plotter who promised to protect Nigeria's economy with the Army, Navy and Air Force, 2015 was instead a referendum on a series of stupid questions centred around Goodluck Jonathan's personality.
That's why TILL TODAY, not one of them can answer the question "WHY DID YOU VOTE FOR BUHARI IN 2015?" Ask them this question, and 10 times out of 10, you will hear a nonsensical response that answers a question you didn't ask.
Question: Why did you support Buhari in 2015?
Answer: "Goodluck messed up and opened the door for APC."
Question: Why did you support Buhari in 2015?
Answer: Something something something "Don't reward failure" something something "PDP 16 years" something something "I have no regrets."
Question: Why did you support Buhari in 2015?
Answer: something something "6 years of GEJ" something "he was always drunk" something something "shepopotamus."
Question: Why did you support Buhari in 2015?
Answer: something something "Diezani stole $90bn" something something "Ijaw boys were carrying prostitutes to Dubai on Emirates business class" something "gold plated iphone" something "Dasuki-gate."
Question: Why did you support Buhari in 2015?
Answer: "GEJ said stealing is not corruption."
Question: Why did you support Buhari in 2015?
Answer: "GEJ was a weak man. He wasn't ready for that office."
You can listen to these poor psy-op victims yammering on and on for hours without making A SINGLE argument for why Buhari was a better choice than Jonathan in 2015 or at any point in time. And the most insidious thing about a psy-op is that people aren't just programmed to repeat the nonsense you programmed into them, but they are also programmed to believe that the nonsense was their original idea that came out of their heads. Meanwhile every single non-sequitur argument, every single non-answer, every single false narrative, every single talking point - they were all the products of brainstorming sessions in boardrooms and creative agencies in DC and Ikeja.
And I would know.
I attended some of those sessions.
@Maazi_Cc@OBesidone @TruthToArewa @Des43012897 My point wasn’t about making it work or if it would ever work.
I was just pointing out that an alternate seaport preferably in the eastern region would reduce the lagos population.
@OBesidone @TruthToArewa @Des43012897 The reason they can’t leave lagos is the seaports.
If the seaports in port harcourt and akwa ibom starts working.
They would gradually leave lagos
