@SuperchargeExt Thanks! We poll Claude's internal usage API (5h/7d utilization %) every 10 min and trend it server-side. We also reverse-engineered the upgrade/downgrade APIs — now exploring auto-scaling: start at Pro each billing cycle, auto-upgrade only when you actually hit limits.

also works for teams. we stopped buying Claude Team plan for everyone and just give individual plans based on actual usage.
3 out of 5 ppl didn't need Max 20x. switched them to 5x. saving $300/mo now
