I want to push back on this term "invisible disabilities" because so much of the time it is actually just a nondisabled person's failure to "perceive" someone's disability. It is just poor bodymind literacy coupled with the assumption that nondisability is the norm.

@Grimhood I use cannabis medicinally to treat many issues. Is this to be abstained from as well? I don't drink or even consume caffeine. The only RX I take unfortunately is hydrocodone. Which eventually I want to stop once pain levels are more tolerable. Thank you for your insights.

Blackout your windows. All of them. If you got aluminum foil put it shiny side out and then something like cardboard behind that and then a blanket or towels over that. You want it DARK in your place
