Pharos 2025年度总结，我拆出的8个关键点

绝大多数打着RealFi和RWA旗号的项目，本质还是链上活动的KPI操盘游戏。

Pharos 这篇2025 wrap-up看完，我只有一个判断，这帮人是真的在做金融系统，不是在做叙事和搞数据。

2/
性能不是用来发榜单的，是用来承担金融活动的后果的。大多数公链都是TPS、吞吐、gas排行榜玩得很嗨。

Pharos很简单，既然你说自己做RealFi，那就默认以后所有交易都要承担真实金融活动的后果，所以优化性能不是为了数据好看，而是宕机不能发生在清算、结算、兑付高峰期，一切设计都以最坏情况仍然能结算为前提。

Testnet不是营销工具，是Mainnet的彩排。如果一个RealFi公链把Testnet只当拉新工具，那它从来没打算认真做金融。

很多项目Testnet = 发币前拉新活动 + 做任务刷数据。Pharos 的用法是反过来的，长期跑高负载，而不是办几次高TPS的show。在Testnet把运维流程、验证人加入/退出、异常恢复，全走一遍。

真正的RealFi生态，要主动造金融Stack，而不是等项目上门。RealFi如果只有基础设施、没有长周期金融应用，就是 PPT级项目。

绝大部分 L1 的心态是我们先把链做出来，再等别人来 做DeFi和RWA的等等应用。

Pharos的做法是一开始就押注金融级产品和协议，用真实资金＋长期资源去扶持生态，让应用和底层网络并行成熟。

可信度不是自夸出来的，是合作网络展现出来的。金融基础设施的信用，从来不是自己写篇长文说我们很安全。

而是数据、跨链、预言机、RPC、索引等关键模块都交给专业伙伴做，而且在激励结构和时间维度上互相捆绑。

真正有前途的L1，不是孤立的一条链，而是被嵌进更大一整块金融和基础设施矩阵里，嵌得越深，越难被替代。

社区不是粉丝群，是生产要素。

常规项目：社区=抢白名单、抽奖、转发活动。

Pharos想要的，是另一种社区。懂协议、懂风险，能提问、能质疑。多语种、多地区，帮忙做RealFi的金融教育基础设施。

最有价值的社区，不是吹彩虹屁的那群人，而是能持续push团队把系统设计得更严谨的那批人。

思想要走在产品前面，金融基础设施是思想生意。没有话语权，就没有议价权。

没有市场对这个系统应该解决什么问题的基本共识，就不会有真正的采用和深度合作。

所以他们先砸时间在内容、长文、Spaces、线下活动，去定义什么叫RealFi，再用产品和网络去把这套叙事兑现。

资产驱动，而不是Token驱动。

大多数链的增长逻辑：发 Token → 撒激励 → TVL 冲高 → 流动性套利走人 → 再换一套新叙事。

Pharos走的是另一条路。先把真实资产和机构流动性搬上链，再用DeFi原语把这些资产用起来（借贷、定价、套保、现金流），让真实现金流反向支撑网络价值。

RealFi最终看的，不是FDV、不是TVL峰值，而是这条链上，承载了多少真实资产，产生了多少真实现金流。

看RealFi和RWA项目，可以直接拿这6个问题筛选。

以后你看任何一个号称RealFi、RWA、金融L1的项目，可以直接问：

1）Testnet是营销，还是真Mainnet彩排？
2）有没有真金白银押注长期金融应用，还是只等别人来？
3）有没有被嵌进更大基础设施矩阵？
4）社区是在抢奖励，还是在push团队把系统做扎实？
5）有没有在思想层面定义新范式，还是追热词？
6）资产侧有真实玩家和流通路径，还是PPT里的RWA？

能在这几条上答得上来的，才有资格谈RealFi made real。
