@glgysteve @thegeojesse This is true, but the scale bar is no longer expressed in pixels in XMapTools 4. We haven’t implemented the old export function because it is not compatible with the new engine that generates images (single- or multi-maps). Do not hesitate to report issues to @PierreLanari

These X-ray maps show an interesting feature: symplectites around garnet, formed of plagioclase (XAn = 99) and white mica. Have you ever seen such a mineral assemblage for symplectites? The maps were obtained with EPMA and explored with @XMapTools.

I'm inclined to agree that the subtle Ca zonation near the edges is much more visible! The bright inclusions sort of vanish, but they aren't the point.
