@KyleRomine12@FromPhDtoLife Strategic planning is critical for all ranks of promotion, as is good mentoring which is in low supply due to the competitive nature of the job. Still, being creative to explore ideas is a positive aspect of the job. No doubt boundaries exist to what will not serve promotion.
