I've now contacted @facebook via the 2nd account as suggested and I will post my results if I do get any.

If you are to use this attempted fix, make sure to use the same template as then it will look more of the same issue reported. We need consistency here! I included the error, proof of who I am and the screenshot of me downloading my @facebook files.

Hi Facebook - I have lost my main account "****" which is using my email: ****

I am one of many user's reported on @meta forum's and Reddit that has lost their account to a user is Vietnam. I have downloaded all my files as a back up from the site. But there is currently a flaw in your system that allows a @meta account to be attached to my Facebook without my knowledge or approval that bypasses Password/2FA. I did not ask for a @meta account to be made or linked nor did I request this user to break into my account and get me suspended by your automated system.

I've included the following screenshots, my error message, my login page, my files downloaded to my mobile in a zip format from your site and a copy of my Passport covering the information you don't require but enough to verify my legitimacy.

I want to know two questions.
1) When will I get my account back?
2) Assurances that any links to this @meta account I didn't choose or ask for is gone, the system is fixed and that none of my personal data including name, address, contact details or bank information is compromised?
As I've purchased @Facebook advertising before in the past, I will be contacting my bank to refuse any payments made from Facebook until this is sorted out.

I have tried to appeal via the first screenshot, but since the @meta account is also suspended, I cannot appeal and takes me to a dead page. Please see the below references as this is affecting 1000's of users over the past 3 days. I've heard reports that this has been almost going on as long as months ago.

Please take this time to immediately resolve this otherwise I believe legal action is already being planned by members of this community to take @Facebook and Meta to court over this security breach.

@facebook & @meta are you going to issue not only a public apology but an update on the 1000's of accounts that were victim to the Oculus exploit to suspend accounts? 1000s are without Facebook accounts and have lost businesses while non of us can appeal as the accounts are now unlinked and send us in a spiral/loop.
