@OfficialBM_Tech I will forever be screaming from the mountain tops DO NOT TRUST BMTX, Bank Mobile with your funds! Don’t trust them with your refund check. DONT DO IT. They’re constantly having tech issues that prevent customers from accessing their money!!!

@BmtxInc Is having a data breach that they’re trying to cover up as a “display issue”. Tell your consumers the truth. WHY CANT WE ACCESS OR SEE OUR ACCOUNTS. Hundreds of customers woke up today unable to access or even see their account.

@BmtxInc Once again hundreds of people are waking up trying to access their HARD EARNED MONEY, that we TRUSTED @BmtxInc with. & we cannot access or see our accounts online and in the app due to a FAILURE on @BmtxInc part. This is beyond unacceptable.

@BmtxInc I’ve been banking here for over 5 years. Not being able to make transfers and not having any transparency on when I can access my funds is very disappointing. I’ve lost all trust in Bmtx and It’s not safe banking here. As soon as this system goes back up I am closing my account.

@karine_lawani The fact that your skin looks lighter or darker in different settings is probably what convinces you that you’re “caramel toned”. In reality, you are clearly brown and way closer to dark skin than light skin but YOU see YOURSELF through a different lense which is OK ❤️
