Today I had an unexpected experience at @BigWingIndia Pune Baner showroom.
I went to book Honda CB350rs, and when I asked about the addons from the quotation(extended warranty, RSA, Standard fitting,"Others"), I said I don't want all these extras,they told me these are mandatory!

@draxxyyyy @BigWingIndia Insurance lena hi pdta hai, but showroom se hi lena is not compulsory, you can buy it from outside as well (acko, policybazar, etc)

@BigWingIndia Dear @BigWingIndia, how can you justify these actions? They told me these "others" charges includes transportation and pdi charges, are you kidding? Do they really think customer is dumb? Who does not know that all these charges are included in the Ex-showroom price?

@BigWingIndia They said I HAVE TO take the extended warranty! I HAVE TO take RSA and all the others and well. The truth is one google search away! A dealership cannot ask its customer o pay anything other than Ex showroom, RTO, insurance money(if the customer is opting to buy that from them)

@BigWingIndia But they said i cannot even buy an insurance from outside. How dare they? @BigWingIndia, are you sure you are acting with compliance with law? Is it justified for you to make these optional charges as "mandatory" or "compulsory"!

@tarunvats33 This really is shamefull that s23U got the stable version in KOREA but we s24U users didn't(globally). And the absolute silence from @SamsungIndia is more annoying.This is indeed getting crazy.
