@BluSmartIndia Hi, there is no option on your app to refund back to source! I made a booking through my corporate card that I then had to cancel due to health reasons. The amount was refunded into the wallet without any option to withdraw! Pls refund the wallet balance to source!

* Button Mushrooms (18kg) were found with future date of packing i.e., 30.10.2024 at the said premises.
* FBO found to be operating with State License and the license is displayed at the premises.
* Premises found open directly to the outside environment without proper insect proof screen.
* Houseflies were observed inside the premises.
* Few of the food handlers were found without haircaps and aprons.
* Medical Fitness certificates for food handlers and Pest control records for the premises were available with the FBO.

@amazonIN Had 2 items for return. Pick up guy said there are 2 return requests, and picked up both. However he later marked only one of them as picked up so haven't been able to get refund for the same.
Spent 15 mins trying to reach a human on customer care. No resolution yet.
@AmazonHelp Already did and had a long conversation. Was promised that it'll be followed up on and resolved by 9th. Was also promised a follow up call on 9th. It is now 10th. No solution.

Extremely unpleasant experience with customer care. Ordered a blazer which doesn't fit right and the larger size isn't available on your platform. However, your CCs decline a return - "No Exchange" policy. Do they expect me to just forget about the money?
