Drive home, call @UPS again and explain the situation and they guarantee it will be here tomorrow, So I ask if it can be changed to not require a signature. They tell me to log on and I can change it there. Log on now have to wait 5-7 days to verify my address pt3
Call ups and they say I can go pick it up at the ups location. Drive 60 miles for them to tell me it's actually 2 hours away in a different state, never mind the fact it was literally at my house for a few moments yesterday @UPS pt2
@UPS has literally the worst customer service I have had the displeasure of dealing with in a long time. Package was supposed to show up today. They tried to deliver yesterday. Decide I will stay home from work and while I am waiting I get notified "Sorry we missed you" pt1

You ever get mad and just throw money at a problem? I did that with my home network. Now it’s all @ubnt. Cloud key, 8 port 150w POE switch, USG, and a FlexHD AP. @ubnt is the cloud key supposed to run hot? That can’t be good for the hdd inside (60c). P.S. I regret nothing.
