其中包含尚未发布产品、工程演示文稿、技术规格以及专有项目数据的详细信息。

他还与一名，留在苹果公司的员工彭玉婷保持频繁联系，借此持续获取苹果的项目动态、供应商及工程信息。

根据法庭文件，刘畅曾给彭玉婷发过一条私信，大致内容是我从苹果离开后，仍能进苹果内部的网络存储，太搞笑了。
