Everyone has so much expectations of OuRoad especially Daou, but even when he says nothing and everyone has found their “gotcha” moment, he is STILL the one left facing and seeing all the homophobic comments about his sexuality and sexual expression. It’s been going on for two days now you know . But where is everyone who claims that it’s easy , come out to defend him?

He’s literally liking tweets about the discrimination he faces in this industry, yet where is the same energy to defend him and actually call it out? Yeah. Silence. Like this isn’t the same person who was cut from a broadcast he filmed when they realized or or or when ppl on his film crew of a bl series mind you were on Facebook calling him all sorts of slurs

Y’all want him—and his relationship—to be loud, public, and visible when it’s convenient for you, but the moment he’s actually facing homophobia and all the discrimination he’s faced in an industry that has never exactly been kind to queer artists, suddenly it’s crickets.

Everyone has such a skewed, black-and-white perspective on everything. As if we haven’t watched what happens to artists when people decide they’ve finally found a “safe space” for them. Safe space, my ass.

And the worst part? NONE OF THIS GOES VIRAL. The outrage only seems to matter when it fits the narrative people already want to push. When OuRoad are l actually being subjected to homophobia and discrimination, the timeline goes quiet.

Do you understand how damaging and disgraceful it is that the most popular post on X about OuRoad at the moment with over 30 million views is from an Antis account who is spreading hate and misinformation?

Do you not even have an ounce of care and sense of duty to proactively defend and protect artists in your agency?
