@NYCMayor @nycgov IDK WHY I was met with attitude when I called a city number (718-999-1988) to inquire about scheduling an appt for a COF, which BTW is for the *safety of the DAMN CITY*. I was looking for clarity/answers & all I got was attitude. Make it make sense!!
