I heard a therapist say, “Your feelings are always valid, your behavior is not.” She explained by saying feel what you feel BUT you need to be accountable for what you do as a result of those feelings.
I am def not a materialistic woman in terms of items ( clothes , bags, shoes , jewelry)
but unfortunately I am still expensive
why? because I love travel, convenient &/ luxury experiences, good food & self care/ beauty upkeep

You have to be proactive in maintaining and growing your friendships. Adulthood isn’t a college campus environment. You have to pickup the phone, shoot that text, or make that trip and make an effort to catchup with the people you care about. If not, you’ll grow apart.
In the Bible when Job lost everything. He hit rock bottom and God stepped in and blessed him 3x more than before. You can be down to your last and God will step in & show you why he made you wait.Patience is the key. Trust God no matter what your circumstances look like now. 🙌🏾
