Maybe the reason why mataas ng PR ng certain board exams is because aligned ang curriculum nila sa resolution ng board nila. + Their schools actually nurture them to pass the BE and not simply pass quizzes/exams to proceed to the next year level.

i was having a conversation with an engineer and social worker (both passed their BEs), congratulating me on my passing the CPALE. they told me that CPALE was the hardest BE. I told them the exam wasn't the hardest per se, it's the most unfair.
