@amazon Prime canceled. After experiencing multiple delays. The same-day and next-day delivery options turned out to be unreliable, which was disappointing. I placed items in my cart specifically to receive them the next day, but the deliveries did not materialize as expected. 😡

@AmazonHelp How many delays will I experience in a week? "Same-day" equals delivery 4 days later, while "next-day" delivery equals maybe tomorrow. I'm so frustrated with this. Please do not send me a link about your delayed package information. Will not renew membership.
