On Aug 20, 2025, I mistakenly transferred โฆ134,800 from Access Bank to a PalmPay account. The funds were confirmed frozen after the report.
Access Bank asked me to obtain a court order before the reversal. It took SIX months to get it..

I sent the court order to both banks. Now Access Bank says talk to PalmPay. PalmPay says they are waiting for Access Bank.
Meanwhile the money that was frozen has now disappeared without being reversed to me or released to the account owner

3.Visited the branch again on March 11 hoping for help but was instead told to personally take the court order to PalmPay.Why must simple issues be this difficult in Nigeria?
All I want is the reversal of my โฆ134,800 in compliance with the court order.
