I’m starting to wonder if people have become immune to hearing my story.

At 35 years old, I went from being a healthy, active mom to being paralyzed from the neck down after a Moderna COVID shot. Two neurologists have now confirmed the diagnosis was caused by the shot.

My story has been featured on Global National. I was on the cover of City Life Magazine. I’ve spoken with Alex Jones, interviews with many who have appeared on Joe Rogan. I have the only jury trial lawsuit against Moderna in North America.

Yet somehow, it’s become old news.

Our daughter, Annelise, continues to fight, and we are holding on to every bit of hope and faith as we actively seek the best possible care for her.

At this time, we are proactively searching for a hospital willing to accept her transfer from Texas Children’s Hospital, specifically a Level I-Level III PICU that is willing to evaluate and consider all available treatment options, including hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), regenerative therapies, or other interventions that have shown positive results in similar cases. We are also seeking a facility that is willing to continue supportive care while her condition is further evaluated.

We understand that Annelise’s condition is serious and that there are differing medical opinions regarding her prognosis. However, we have learned of many cases in which children with severe brain injuries have shown improvement over time, and those stories, from physicians and families across the country, remind us that healing and recovery do not always follow a predictable timeline.

What those stories have in common is that families were given time and the opportunity to explore available treatments and see what was possible. Right now, we believe Annelise deserves that same opportunity.

We are doing everything we can to advocate for our daughter and pursue every available option on her behalf. She cannot fight for herself; that is my job as her father.

We remain prayerful and steadfast in our faith that the right facility will come forward in time to provide Annelise the opportunity, care, and continued treatment she needs as her healing journey unfolds.

The high-profile vaccine scientist is the subject of a federal lawsuit.

Annette Lee, a 64-year-old scientist, claims that Hotez, 68, began repeatedly propositioning her in 2024 after she rejected his romantic advances. Hotez is married and allegedly confessed he had been in love with Lee since graduate school, sending her unwanted text messages.

Lee alleges she was wrongfully terminated from her job of over 20 years at Northwell Health in retaliation for repeatedly rejecting Hotez. She filed a federal discrimination and wrongful termination lawsuit .

Hotez naturally denies any wrongdoing.
