I’ve lost hundreds of thousands in crypto because nobody was regulating anything & the people running these platforms were literally committing fraud. So when a sitting U.S. president voluntarily agrees to ban himself from issuing crypto and signs off on the most comprehensive ethics rules in legislative history just to get a real regulatory framework passed… yeah I’m going to say that's a pretty big deal. The CLARITY Act is the closest this industry has ever been to actual rules that protect actual people. Get it done.
