@jaymart222 So you save money by neglecting repairs or leaving a tenant in the apartment to damage over the course of decades- both are the choice of the landlord. Most leases that I know require keeping the place in good condition on both ends. Landlord failed to manage this situation.
@shagbark_hick Physically caring for babies is a whole other world than caring for the disabled. Especially considering how much easier it is to care for little ones, we take for granted how easy their bodies are to lift and move and dress and diaper and bathe. It’s very hard for grown people.
@jaymart222 If the owner kept up with maintenance all along and budgeted properly this could easily be resolved. These repairs would cost 12/61 years worth of rent, it sounds very profitable to me.

@enyonvm It’s really not even a good way to get extra money, people don’t know in advance of the mass that they should bring anything extra for anything in particular. 90% of the time I’ve noticed that the first basket gets donations, the second some, and after that basically nothing
@xbane1998x I only write directly into canvas for DBs but to be fair 100% of the times something has happened during that canvas automatically backed it up. Not the craziest mistake to make!!
