1656kg worth of Steam Frame HMD/Controllers Accessories… The first time something like this arrived at Valve’s USA warehouse
I’m going to assume this is related to the comfort kit that was shown off during the initial press demoes?
Valve just added the dedicated "Great on Steam Frame" category which will likely be the main page that the Steam store on "FrameOS" will open onto

A short teaser for the upcoming VR mod for Mass Effect Legendary Edition by modder Marauder. This mod will offer 6DOF head tracking, various VR modes (Stereo, AER, and DIBR, also has Mono), free look, positional awareness. It will also feature both third-person and first-person perspectives. There will be no motion controller support, but honestly - I really don't think it's necessary in this case. The most important thing is to be able to see the galaxy with my own eyes 🤩
Mass Effect 1 mod is nearing completion and should be released soon, with a full Legendary Edition trilogy planned. You can follow its progress on the Flat2VR Modding Discord: https://t.co/KrgnW9BKzX
A Tomb Raider VR game was cancelled this year, MP1ST reports.
Developed by now-shuttered Vertigo Amsterdam. It would have cast players as Lara and adapted traversal, dual-wielding combat and other mechanics to VR.

Valve’s main PCVR tech showcases were tested with the Steam Frame standalone compatibility system
The Lab (2016): Verified ✅

The interesting note is they are testing the Original x86 builds. Not specially made ARM ones
Glass based Micro-OLED project canceled at Samsung Display
Rerouting all focuses to Silicon based, such as RGB OLEDoS I’ve talked about many times before
Glass based push was when it was believed cheaper headset would solve XR adoption. Even at many tradeoffs compared to OLEDoS
after a lot of work the past few weeks, Oculus Rift + PS VR2 controllers works *so* much better now!
tracking is stable outside of some fringe cases with few LEDs along with the ever-lasting occlusion problems you get with a single camera
Thanks to modder Andyalpa, we just got new versions of VR mods for the Resident Evil 2 and 3 remakes 🤩
Now they have (similar to the Talemann's Resident Evil 9 mod) manual weapon reloading and interactions with them (like pumping a shotgun), physical weapon holsters, a manually drawn flashlight and added gun recoil. These mods are now like native VR games 🤯
I guess I never really talked about this yet
The past few months: Valve has been working on specialized VR overlays that run on a PC, and streamed to Headsets (as mentioned by Ben’s QT below)
They are referred to as “Remote Frames” and I have major curiosity of how they’ll work
Apple increased the price of many of its products, including Vision Pro, which now starts at $3700. Tim Cook blamed the memory crisis, calling it unlike anything he's ever seen:

The three types of PCVR Connection Statuses for Steam Frame:
Connected to your Home Network or Standard Router
Connected to the Dedicated Steam Frame Dongle
Connected to the PC via a Wired USB Cable (probably similar to Oculus PC Link… or whatever the hell they call it now)
Valve added Steam Frame’s input tutorial UX for SteamVR Home
BUT Interestingly enough, they also switched off the default setting of you launching into SteamVR Home when SteamVR first boots up
