So... I managed to find both the skull and the hands from the Skull Trumpet GIF. They seem to be made around 1997. There is no author listed unfortunately.

So I found the reason for the title issue. It is all because of the limits that were coded from the start. And the fix would be to allow auto-translated text to be full, not limited to the certain limit (for title it is 100 symbols). Or maybe @YouTube can increase limit?

And the second. If creator has a monetization, every video I click on and every minute of it I would get an ad, which is annoying, unwatchable and the main reason I don't watch videos on PC anymore. Can @TeamYouTube confirm that it's a normal behavior of a platform or not? [3/3]

It can be confirmed by just seeing the ending of the title, which could be disturbing. And it all because of the 100 symbols limit for a title (has exactly 100 here).
