Mountains can be barriers, kingdoms can be vast, and rulers can be mighty—but nothing stands above the power of Allah.
Build your walls, gather your strength, conquer what you can. In the end, every power returns to the One who gave it.@R_u_h_0@ZAINHAYAT33@zknowsthestreet
Life is strange—you spend years chasing what you think you need, only to realize that peace, genuine people, and a clear mind were worth more all along.
You can run from people, from problems, from the world—but you cannot run from death. Every soul has an appointed time. So live for Allah before you return to Him.
#Flash || J&K Intern Doctors to Begin Hunger Strike From Tomorrow
Intern doctors have decided to go on a hunger strike from tomorrow over their demands.
#BreakingNews#MedicalInterns#JammuAndKashmir
Enough of assurances. Now we demand action.
J&K Intern Doctors are intensifying the protest with a hunger strike from 7 September.
Our demand is clear: ₹30,000 internship stipend + a written executive order + prospective implementation.
No more delays. No more verbal promises
₹12,300 /Month to MBBS Interns:
MATTER OF COLLECTIVE SHAME
It's a matter of collective shame for all successive Governments, including the incumbent Government, in Jammu and Kashmir that the MBBS/BDS interns, performing more duties than the regulars taking ₹2 lakhs/month plus many lakhs in private practice, are paid a paltry stipend of ₹12,300. They have been demanding ₹30,000 which has not been granted by any Government since 2019. Similarly, PGs and PhDs engaged as Technical Assistants, in some other departments 10-15 years back, are paid peanuts of ₹20,000/month.
Contrarily, their regular class-4 subordinates mostly holding real and fake 8th pass certificates [orderlines/peons/chowkidars] take home ₹50,000, some even ₹70,000.
We know that many of these stipendiaries and "need-based" youths remain ineligible for marital lives and a part of their earnings goes in their antidepressants. We can only express our solidarity and sympathies with these poor victims of perpetual exploitation and injustice by successive Governments as we have no hope of anybody listening to them and doing justice to them. But we have an unflinching faith in Almighty's natural justice. God, for sure, will be merciless to every single bureaucrat and politician who chooses to remain blind and merciless to these young men and women.
Day-5: MBBS, BDS Intern Doctors continues protest across J&K over the demand for a stipend hike.
A delegation met the CM’s Advisor today & is now scheduled to meet the Health Minister at 2:30 PM. If no concrete decision is reached, the interns will hold PC at Gupkar around 3 PM
Our protest for the internship stipend hike in J&K is completely APOLITICAL. This is about interns, our rights, dignity, and fair compensation—not about any political party or agenda.
Please don’t politicise our genuine demand. Let our voices remain ours.

Medical life means sleepless nights, endless exams, missed celebrations, exhausting postings and countless moments of self-doubt.
People see the white coat, not the sacrifices behind it.
Keep going. One day, it’ll all be worth it. 🩺🔥

MBBS interns in Jammu & Kashmir deserve a fair and dignified stipend. We work long hours, handle patients and serve during emergencies, yet our compensation remains inadequate. We urge the J&K Government to urgently revise the internship stipend.this is not luxury-it’s our right.
