Could you afford your treatment without the NHS?
We must put a stop to the creeping privatisation of health services in the UK.
Please repost if you agree.
We will never get tired of sharing this
NHS porters rarely get a mention, but they are doing an absolutely heroic job right now to keep our hospitals moving
Please spare a RT for all of them
If everyone who wants The Conversatives out on the 4th of July follows and retweets we'll reach a million by midnight and have a much bigger voice for the next six weeks.
Funding the NHS has nothing to do with ideology
The country is weaker without adequate healthcare whether you’re a capitalist or socialist.
The ONLY reason the NHS is under resourced is to provide an opportunity for private healthcare
It’s not ideology, it’s pure greed
@alexmorrison81 So I’m traipsing around a muddy field trying to get any decent photo of this guy and the “ostrich” in the same vicinity, mud up to my eyes, throwing it down with rain and I realise the pale pink summer trousers I have on are completely see-through! Never wore them to work again!
@alexmorrison81 Over a period of a couple of days we had people turn up stating there was an ostrich on the by-pass. Me (photographer) off to investigate. No ostrich. Finally a call “I’ve caught it in the field” so off I go with a reporter to this field. It was actually a Rhea…
@ben_imaging I was a single parent while I studied and trying to decipher what I was entitled to was a nightmare! Even more so now with UC. It’s needs overhauling and needs to be more transparent.
We know that the majority of people support the NHS and don't want to see it privatised
Together we can fight to save the NHS from the Tories

In January 2011, just 17 people waiting longer than 12 hours on a trolley for an emergency hospital bed.
In January 2024, more than 50,000 people did.
Please RT so everyone can be aware of the damage the Conservatives have done to our NHS.
Look- I understand British people pay for healthcare through taxes but taxes are a very different thing than going into massive medical debt through predatory billing practices so that private insurance companies can make literally billions of dollars.
The Conservatives are still making ludicrous claims about ‘40 new hospitals’.
This is despite the former Health Secretary admitting that would not be the case.
Why do they think it’s ok to continually tell lies to the British population?
When doctors strike again in two weeks, please remember that Rishi Sunak could end the dispute right now.
But he chooses not to.
Doctors just want the same pay they got in 2010. Is that really too much to ask?
Please RT if you remain behind them.

The government has written off £9.9bn of the £13.6bn it spent on PPE in the pandemic due to it being unusable or having lost its value.
That’s 73% utterly wasted.
Please RT if you think everyone should be aware.
