Here is the Senate Calendar for May and June

These are windows for the Clarity Act to pass the floor. May is invalid, as after next week they are in recess for the final week.

June 1st through June 18th is the biggest window since it will take a few weeks to finalize and schedule.

June 18th would be ideal.

If not June 22nd through June 26th.

This gets us to the House by July 1st.

Later than this and things start becoming endangered.
