This 3.8% is unacceptable in my opinion, yet other FF's I work with are happy with it, so it goes to the vote, thats how democracy works.

Then the EC works on behalf of what the majority vote.

Every positive Term and Condition that you enjoy has been won by the FBU.

A few years ago, same thing happened over the pay rise, and we fought and achieved 12% over 2 years.

Everyone received that, not just members. Fight, dont quit!
