Urbanclap is a weird company. Booked my first ever service (home cleaning) from them, which happened 2 hrs later than scheduled. 2 hrs lost on a working day. When asked to compensate for delay, said 'we don't refund money'. WTF (1/3)
@urbanclap one of the conditions was - if we give you UC credits, then you cannot ever complain. LOL. Firstly, I should be compensated for higher than what I've paid. Secondly, the compensation should come to my CC, not some stupid wallet that you run. Mob-9990723010 (3/3)
@urbanclap Customer service (Tanya) said as goodwill gesture giving 399 as credits but before I could respond her tone changed. Suddenly came 4 conditions on the credits. Excuse me - who puts conditions on refund money?!? Are you crazy? Do you ever hear yourself talk guys? (2/3)
@ACTFibernet absolutely disappointed by the support you guys are providing. The router installed by your team has stopped working 6 months after usage and your network engineer tells me that ACT is not liable to replace it. Please get my issue fixed. Tkt no - 10219020848
