@perrygarg@Lenskart_com Even if you receive cashback you will not be able to use it because they will fool you by adding cashback to LK CASH+ while policy says to add cashback to LK CASH. Using LK CASH+ will remove all your discounts.

@Lenskart_com This is how your company fools customers when 3 day delivery policy actually says you get credit issued to LK cash but then you add it to LK cash+ knowing that this cannot be used as it will remove all other discounts. @peyushbansal stop these illegal activities
@Lenskart_com No the problem needs to be resolved where your company promises to credit LK Cash. I really don't need your LK CASH +. STOP FOOLING PEOPLE.
@Lenskart_com@peyushbansal I would like to bring this to your notice how your customer support is fooling customers by not following the actual commitments. According to the policy I should receive LK cash but what I got is LK cash plus.

I would suggest you to stop misleading your customers with 3 or free policy. My product stands ineligible even after it was ordered on 18th July and the prescription was also submitted the same day but on your end it was updated on 20th July.
@Lenskart_com It wouldn't have been an issue if your customer support service would have dealt without giving actual pain to customers. I would like to bring a few more things. Do you actually call it customer service?
