Why isn’t doing actual bbq cooking a requirement on #bbqbrawl? I’m sure the food is great but most of it is cooked on the hot plate. I’m referring to the #teambobby save with a halibut dish not cooked on a grill or smoker (other than some peppers). It’s BBQ Brawl for a reason.
